I, Wendy Clarke, gurarntee your new puppy, born on________ to Frankie Blue and Daphne, to be free from any genetic or pre-existing condition including canine hip dysplasia for 2 years from the date of the pups birth.  If the puppy is diagnosed with a terminal genetic or pre-existing conditon, the puppy owner will supply Wendy Clarke with a written statement from the treating vet explaining the condition and Wendy Clarke will refund full purchase price of pup and owner must return the puppy, or the new owner may keep the pup and Wendy Clarke will refund half of the purchase price.
